The process to narrow the road on 259th street will begin at the end July or beginning of August 2018.

Current Brandon Township plans are:

– Mailboxes will be removed and placed in temporary buckets and will be moved to approximate location. Contractor will be in charge of removing and reinstalling boxes.
– Construction will be one mile at a time.
– We expect that we will only have mild delays in traffic, but road will remain open. However, this might change if the contractor feels closing road would speed up the process and/or be a safety concern.
